IDK Events, LLC is an LGBT certified owned business based in San Francisco, CA. Our specialties lie in four key areas: Festival Production, Parade Production, Registration for Exhibitors and Parade Contingents, and Neighborhood Based Events.

Festival Production is in our DNA. From permitting, to securing equipment vendors, to onsite management. We’ve got you covered! Check us out at several of our bay area events!

What’s a festival without a parade? In 2014, we introduced the only annual parade in the city of Oakland with enormous support. Since then, we have been able to introduce a second annual parade with even more success! Thinking of starting a parade of your own? Let us help! Our registration software powers on of the largest parades in the world!

Through our Registration Software, we manage exhibitor and parade relations from outbound sales & white labeled inbound customer service to day of event support. With a contact list of over 8,000 national exhibitors and parade contingents, let us help make your event become bigger and better than ever!

Looking to promote your neighborhood or local businesses? IDK Events can help! By engaging local merchants and restaurants to host a wine stop, or using a public space for a small, intimate, and community based gathering, we help promote shopping small and highlight unique features that make your neighborhood great!

Jacob's expertise in customer service and Exhibitor Management ensure our entire portfolio of events has a wide variety of exhibitors. He may be young, but his passion for the business and the community is evident in every interaction.

Diana handles all the nitty gritty details for IDK Events. She prepares permit applications, facilitates equipment procurement, and liaisons directly with city agencies. Diana’s cool, calm, and collected demeanor helps us all stay sane!

BUSINESS MANAGER

With over 20 years of business management experience, Bev helps keep our business moving. Other than balancing our books and managing billing, she has the most important job of all: keeping us fed onsite!
